You Got to be Kidding, Right?
Why am I getting spam mail from AARP's membership department? Hey you in the membership and marketing departments, I've got about ten years before I'm even qualified. Thanks for the offer (and yes, that's quite a spiffy travel kit and so hard to pass up) but I am more than happy to allow myself to enjoy my 40's. So please, no more offers and invitations.

nothing is quite as shocking as receiving your AARP membership card when you turn 50!
True, but then again 50 is the new 40, or is it the other way around. : )
50 is actually the new 30 (this coming from a 52 year old women, so don't believe everything I say:)
so having experience your 30's and 40's and now the beginning of your 50's, what age range truly define and taught or gave you the most confidence as a woman, a wife, mother, person?
